Sometimes, shipments are returned to us because they cannot be delivered. Below are the most common reasons this happens:
-
Incorrect or outdated address — Couriers usually hold the package for a limited time before sending it back to us. Always double-check your address at checkout.

- Click here to check if your tracking number has been reassigned to a local post tracking number.
-
Incorrect shipping address on the order
- If the order already shipped, please use our Contact Form to submit a ticket so we can review if a replacement is possible. Please note: replacements aren’t guaranteed, as all sales are final and refunds are not available.
- If you contact us before the order ships, submit a ticket through our Contact Form so we can determine the best solution.
- Minor spelling errors in the address — For example, “Loa Angeles” instead of “Los Angeles.” In most cases, your local post office can still deliver. Please check with them directly.
- Wrong city, zip code, or street name — We’ll reach out to the post office on your behalf to correct the details. If it’s too late to adjust, we’ll arrange a replacement.
- Unrecognized or restricted addresses — If the format entered isn’t accepted by the system, or if the address is restricted (e.g., prisons or correctional facilities), delivery may not be possible.
- Failed delivery attempts — Carriers typically try more than once. If they cannot deliver successfully, the package will be returned.
- Recipient refused delivery — Sometimes, if a gift recipient doesn’t expect a package, they may decline it, assuming it was sent in error.
Important Note
Orders returned to us as undeliverable (for the above reasons) cannot be reshipped, except in the specific situation outlined in clause 1.1.3. If you still want the item(s), you’ll need to place a new order on our website.
