- Processing time: Orders are prepared to ship within 1–5 business days from the date of purchase.
- Heads-up: If your package goes out sooner, you’ll get an email at the address on your order with a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

If your order still hasn’t shipped by the 6th business day, our team has already flagged the delay and escalated it to our Fulfillment Team. Please allow up to 3 additional business days for us to provide your tracking number.

If tracking seems missing or inactive
It may still be on schedule. Common reasons include:
- The first scan happens only when the package reaches a regional hub near the destination—typical during high-volume periods.
- In some cases, the first scan isn’t until delivery.
- Carrier tracking databases can experience update delays.
- Certain services (like Standard International) don’t offer tracking. Your order should still arrive by the 20th business day (U.S.) or 25th business day (International).
If it’s past 20 (U.S.) or 25 (International) business days
If tracking hasn’t changed after those windows, please allow 5 more business days for delivery. Most packages arrive on or just after the 20th/25th business day.
If it’s past 30 (U.S.) or 35 (International) business days
We never want you to worry about your order. Our team closely monitors extended delays and escalates them to the Fulfillment Manager to investigate. Please give us the opportunity to look into it—we’ll email you an update within 2–5 business days.
How we calculate shipping and delivery dates
We estimate your delivery date by adding the carrier transit time to your estimated ship date.
- Transit time depends on the shipping speed you choose and is counted in business days.
- Weekends typically don’t count (unless you select a weekend-delivery option at checkout).
- Holidays are also factored in.
- You may see an “order within” countdown showing how quickly to purchase to meet the displayed date; that date can change until you place the order. Your confirmation email will show your final delivery date.
Free Shipping
Orders sent via Free Shipping are targeted to arrive within 7–25 business days. We’ll ship using the most cost-efficient method to make free shipping possible; sometimes that means it may take a bit longer to leave our facility, but it will still arrive within 7–25 business days.
Expedited Shipping
To keep prices affordable, we rarely offer expedited options. If an expedited method appears at checkout, estimated delivery is:
- U.S.: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
