No Tracking Number Yet
If you haven’t received a tracking number, please reach out through our Contact Form so we can check with our Fulfillment Center whether changes are still possible. We’ll notify you within 24–48 business hours if the modification was successful.
Tracking Number Already Emailed
If the shipment status shows “Label Created” or “Shipment notification has been sent”, please contact us via the Contact Form. We’ll ask our Fulfillment Center if adjustments can still be made and update you within 24–48 business hours.
If the shipment status has already progressed beyond these stages, the parcel has left our Fulfillment Center and is in transit. At this point, we cannot guarantee modifications, but we’ll do everything we can to assist.
