Eligibility
Damaged items, incorrect items, and orders not received within 30 days (excluding shipments marked as Delivered by the carrier, such as USPS or Canada Post) qualify for a free replacement.
Requests must be made within 7 business days of delivery.
After 7 days from your delivery date, replacements can no longer be offered.
All sales are final. In cases of damage, incorrect items, or packages not received after 30 days, replacements will be issued instead of refunds.
Damaged Items
A replacement order will be shipped using the same delivery speed as your original purchase.
Please provide three photos of the damaged item from different angles to help us process your replacement quickly.
You do not need to return the damaged item once your replacement is approved.
Incorrect Items
Receiving an incorrect item means the item is entirely different from what you ordered.
Example 1 (Replaced): You ordered a dress but received a pair of shoes.
Example 2 (Replaced): You ordered lipstick but received mascara.
Example 3 (Not Replaced): You ordered a weighted plushie but feel it isn’t weighted enough.
Example 4 (Not Replaced): You ordered a jacket in size Large but believe you received a Small.
We carefully provide product details on our website to ensure customers can make informed choices.
Process:
A replacement order will be sent with the same shipping speed as your original purchase.
Send us three photos of the item from different angles so we can expedite your replacement.
Returning the incorrect item is not required once your replacement is approved.
Items Not Received After 30 Days
Orders not delivered within 30 days (excluding cases where tracking shows Delivered) are eligible for a free replacement.
