Purchasing a product with our Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance provides extra peace of mind. If your item doesn’t perform as expected during its lifecycle, the warranty allows us to replace it at no cost for the product itself (shipping fees are not included).
Please note:
Misuse, normal wear and tear, or discontinuation of the product will make the warranty invalid.
“Lifetime” refers to the period while the product is still being manufactured.
The program may be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
How to Use Your Warranty
Take a photo or short video of the affected item.
Visit our Contact Form page and select Lifetime Warranty as the category.
Attach the photo or video to your request.
If your replacement is approved, you’ll receive an update within 48 hours.
