First Steps to Locate Your Package
If your tracking indicates Delivered but you can’t find the package, try these steps:

Check common drop-off spots:
Porch
Garage
Around exterior doors
Under mats, behind planters, or near a back entrance (places out of view from the street)
Mailbox or wherever you normally receive mail
Building front desk, reception, or receiving area

Ask around:
See if a neighbor accepted it (if safe to do so).
Confirm if someone else in your household received it.

Check with the carrier:
Some carriers deliver as late as 10 PM.
Look for attempted delivery notices or postcards left by your local post office.
Verify Your Shipping Address
Review the address in your Order Confirmation.
If the address is correct, follow the steps above to double-check delivery attempts and safe drop locations.
Important Notes
In rare situations, packages may show as delivered up to five business days before they actually arrive.
If you still haven’t received your package, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist.
