If You’re Dissatisfied with Your Item
Our Product Research Team dedicates significant effort to sourcing items we believe our customers will enjoy. These products are chosen based on current demand, trends, and popularity.
As a small business, many operational costs are involved. We kindly ask our customers to conduct their own research before purchasing — such as checking reviews or searching online — to ensure the product meets their expectations.
Because expenses are incurred once an order is placed, all sales are considered final, and we cannot issue refunds if you are simply dissatisfied with your purchase.
If You Received the Wrong Item
Receiving an incorrect item means you received something entirely different from what you ordered on our website.
Example 1 (Will be replaced): You ordered a dress but got a pair of shoes.
Example 2 (Will be replaced): You ordered lipstick but received mascara.
Example 3 (Will NOT be replaced): You purchased a weighted plushie but feel it isn’t heavy enough.
Example 4 (Will NOT be replaced): You ordered a jacket in size Large but believe you received a Small.
We make every effort to provide complete and accurate product information on our site to help you make an informed decision before completing your purchase.
Replacement Process
If a replacement qualifies, it will be shipped with the same delivery speed as the original order.
Please send us three photos of the item from different angles to help us process your replacement quickly.
There’s no need to return the incorrect item once your replacement is approved.
If Your Item Hasn’t Arrived After 30 Days
Orders that have not been delivered after 30 days (excluding cases where the tracking shows Delivered, such as via USPS or Canada Post) are eligible for a free replacement.
A new shipment will be created using the same shipping speed as the original order.
