Sometimes, items are shipped separately. Review your Order Confirmation to see if each item has its own tracking number.
If all items share the same tracking number, please submit a ticket here and attach the packing slip or any paperwork included in your parcel. This will help us verify.
If the paperwork confirms that something is missing, we’ll arrange to send the missing item(s) right away.
